By accessing and using the D2 authorization service provided by artoo ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

D2 is an enterprise-grade authorization service for AI agents that provides code-level security through decorators and policy management. Our service includes software libraries, cloud infrastructure, dashboard access, and related documentation.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Acceptable Use

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Do not use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

Subscription Plans and Billing

Plan Types

  • Free Plan: Limited features for development and evaluation
  • Paid Plans: Enhanced features, higher limits, and priority support

Billing Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the D2 service, including all software, documentation, trademarks, and other intellectual property.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your data and applications. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our service in accordance with these Terms.

Data and Privacy

  • You are responsible for backing up your important data

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, artoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in our dashboard.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where artoo is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
